Description:  Our fitness program will challenge your camper like they have never before been challenged. When they complete our camp successfully, their self image will improve and their confidence will begin to grow so that they can face the challenge of their high school years positively and successfully.

2013 Camp Results: An initial physical fitness test and body fat assessment was given to our campers upon entering the camp and a final test was performed during the campers’ fourth and final week. The following is a compilation of the changes we saw:

-The average camper lost 4.7 pounds. Total weight lost was 69.5 pounds!

-Total percent body fat lost per camper was 83%.

-The average camper ran the 40-yard dash 14 seconds faster.

Congratulations to every 2013 camper! We’re all looking forward to 2014!
