Valley Forge Military Academy & College is proud to announce that many of the Academy and College cadets are earning their nominations and appointments (acceptances) to the Federal Service Academies for Fall 2014 enrollment.

Congratulations to Cadet Evan Allen ’14, who received nominations from Congressman Pat Meehan – PA 7th, to both the US Military Academy at West Point and the US Naval Academy in a ceremony held at Eisenhower Hall on January 12, 2014.

Cadet Justin Black ’14 of Glen Allen, VA, received his official appointment to U.S. Military Academy at West Point – Class of 2018 on Saturday, March 2, 2014. Cadet Black has accepted the invitation and will be reporting on July 2nd.

On January 30th, Cadet Aaron Still-Lock ’14 and his mother, Valerie Still, attended a reception for all the nominees from their district who applied for an appointment to a service academy by Congressman Andrews. Aaron was presented a certificate of special congressional recognition for his nomination to the U.S. Naval Academy. Congressman Andrews encouraged Aaron to continue in his quest for excellence.
