Message from the President
More than two hundred years ago at Valley Forge, General Washington led young men
of courage and honor to change America forever. Today, America’s leaders still come
from Valley Forge. Focused on educating the whole person, Valley Forge Military
Academy & College is a foundation of support, encouragement and guidance to young
people. Cadets leave Valley Forge with a sense of accomplishment and a confidence
that stays with them forever.
Since 1928, Valley Forge has been committed to a character-based education built
on the foundation we call the “five cornerstones” - academic excellence, character
development, personal motivation, physical development and leadership. We offer a
premiere education at the both the Academy and College.

Academy Prospects
Our all male Academy is a college preparatory school with a military tradition where
we give our cadets countless opportunities, both in and outside the classroom, to help
them develop into motivated, focused, successful young adults.
Valley Forge Military Academy, consisting of a Middle School (grades 7-8) and
Upper School (9-12 and postgraduate), offers advanced placement, honor and enrichment
courses, as well as opportunities for independent study and courses at our College.
We boast that 98% of our Academy cadets achieve college placement into their first or
second choice college
College Prospects
Our co-educational College is a unique option if you are looking to transfer to a
four-year college or if you aspire to attend one of the service academies. If a
military career is something that interests you, we are proud to be one of only
five colleges in the country to offer the US Army ROTC Early Commissioning Program.
In just two years, a Valley Forge Military College cadet can be commissioned as a 2nd
Lieutenant in the US Army or Army National Guard, well ahead of his or her peers.
Valley Forge Military College confers associate degrees in liberal arts and sciences
with concentrations in business, criminal justice, liberal arts, science and pre-engineering.
An impressive 99% of College cadets transfer to four-year colleges or universities.
Whether you are interested in attending the Academy or the College, Valley Forge will
provide you with a living and learning environment to transform and maximize your potential.
Equipped with the lessons learned at VFMA&C, alumnus Westley Moore went on to become a
successful investment banker, Rhodes Scholar and White House Fellow. You too can follow
in the footsteps of the many accomplished alumni - General H. Norman Schwarzkopf,
authors J.D. Salinger and Edward Albee, and so many others who have already taken
advantage of the resources at Valley Forge and traveled this path towards success.
Do you think you have what it takes?
If so, we welcome you to look through our website for more information on our
academics, music programs, athletics, US Army Early Commissioning Program and so much more.
