The Associate of Science in Life Sciences at VFMC offers the students opportunities to explore multiple disciplines in the area of life and biological sciences. The life sciences program includes fields of scientific studies involving living organisms. The Life Sciences program at VFMC helps prepare the students to continue their academic and career interests in a wide range of specialized fields including biology, ecology, biotechnology, biomedical sciences, molecular biology, forensic science, environmental biology and pharmacy and veterinary medicine as part of their undergraduate studies in four year institutions. Students develop scientific and quantitative reasoning, critical reasoning and analysis.
