The Valley Forge Military College Learning Assessment and Support Center (LASC) provides students with the tools they need to achieve academic success, centralizing learning support services in one convenient location.
The mission of the LASC is to assist a diverse population of students achieve academic success and to provide opportunities for leadership, collaboration, and intellectual growth for all members of the VFMC community.
The LASC provides tutorial services and educational resources at no additional cost to students enrolled in the college. The LASC also works with students with diagnosed learning disabilities to provide academic services and accommodations to those students to ensure equal access to the institution.
In addition to individual and group tutoring offered by trained professional and peer tutors, the LASC offers a range of services including subject-specific workshops, seminars on various subjects such as study skills and eliminating test anxiety, print services, and so much more.
