Summer Payment Options



You may pay with cash, check/money order or credit card in person at the Business Office located on the 2nd floor in Mellon Hall.


If Mailing a check or Money Order, make it payable to VFMA&C (Valley Forge Military Academy & College).  Please indicate the student’s id number on the check/money order. Mailing address is:

A $30.00 charge will be assessed to the student’s account for returned checks.  If paying with a personal check Valley Forge Military College waits approximately two weeks before removing holds on transcripts or registration.


Please call 610-989-1230 or 610-989-1234 to pay by credit card or to receive wire instructions.  Credit card payments have a 3% convenience fee that is non-refundable.


You can pay online by e-check from your personal checking account or by credit card. Online payments are administered by Higher Education Services, Inc. (HES) and are completely secure and encrypted. Either go to our online payment page at Online Payments or click on one of the options below.

Pay by e-check
If paying with an e-check Valley Forge Military College waits approximately 5 business days before removing any type of transcript or registration holds. Checks that are received as an advance using a credit card number/line of credit, mutual fund accounts, money market accounts, and cashier checks cannot be processed using the E-check payment option. Do not use the account number printed on your ATM card. There is a $1.00 transaction fee charged for e-checks. If VFMC receives any returned payments your account will be flagged and e-check will not be accepted as payment again.

Pay by credit card
HES accepts online credit card payments from American Express, VISA, Mastercard and Discover. There is a non-refundable convenience fee of 3% charged to all credit card payments and is detailed during the online payment process along with the option of accepting or declining the transaction.
