Registering for Summer Sessions

FOR CURRENT VFMC STUDENTS

  • Register online via your student portal: http://estudent.vfmac.edu
  • Choose Term – e.g. SU-14. The section number of the course indicates the session.
  • Click on Registration
  • Choose “credit option” for the course(s) you would like to register for.
  • Scroll down to “process”
  • Registration for term complete. You will be able to access your course(s) via the student portal one day prior to the first day of class.

FOR VISITING STUDENTS

  • Complete your visiting student information form. Please note: An additional $25 Visiting Student Fee is added only upon successful completion of registration.
  • You will receive notification from the Registrar’s Office that your visiting student information form has been processed, usually within 24 hours.  Once processed, you will receive an e-mail message with your student id and system login information.
  • Login to estudent or http://estudent.vfmac.edu
  • Create your summer course schedule and select your summer courses. You will be able to access your course(s) via the student portal one day prior to the first day of class.
  • Payment. Payment options for online courses can be made in person, by mail, by phone or online and must be paid in full no later than two days prior to the start of the course session. If payment is not received in full, you will be automatically dropped from the course(s).
