I understand that any misstatement or omission of material information made to this application or during the admission process may result in the revocation of an offer of admission and/or enrollment in, or the involuntary withdrawal of the applicant from Valley Forge Military Academy. Should we discover that information on this applicant was not disclosed and withheld, it could result in immediate dismissal.
