Your Son Has a Big Future
Written by Kuldip Rao, mother of Cadet Captain Rakshan Rao ’19, Academy Senior Class President/ Band Company Commander
“VFMA has been an incredibly unique journey for my son. From 8th grade to his senior year Rakshan has certainly transformed from a boy to a fine young man! My dream was that he would embrace this amazing life changing opportunity; apply himself academically; face any challenges in a safe contained space thus allowing himself to discover the strength & wisdom within; and upon graduation be prepared with complete confidence to continue his journey. Captain Rao has exceeded my vision!
Valley Forge Military Academy has been a special part of our lives and has become our extended family. I am forever grateful!”

Graduate of Army ROTC ECP
Currently studying at Northeastern University
“During my time at Valley Forge I studied Health and Biological Sciences and I was a cadet Major who served as the Regimental Public Affairs Officer. The school provided me with many mentors and opportunities to better myself. Thanks to the ECP program, I am attending Northeastern University and studying biology on full scholarship!”
