Half-Day: Sports Performance and Fitness Camp
This half day sports performance and fitness camp is for boys and girls entering grades 8-12 that have part time jobs or sports practices in the summer and cannot commit to a full day camp. These half day sessions will focus on improving sports performance by increasing speed and strength. Campers will also learn about strength and conditioning, nutrition and how to use a weight room and safely perform functional fitness movements. Each day will present a new challenge and give campers a sense of accomplishment upon completion! Perfect for an accomplished student athlete or a teenager looking to gain knowledge and commit themselves to a healthy lifestyle.
If you have a camper of this age who is looking for a full day program, please consider our Leaders camp which places a heavy emphasis on fitness but also on character building, community service and personal motivation. This program is offered as a boys only overnight camp and a co-ed day program.
It is also perfect for the student athlete that wants to improve their sport performance by increasing their speed and strength. Campers will learn about strength and conditioning, how to use a weight room and safely do functional movements. They will also work out hard each day they are here and will be put to the test!
